10-year warranty
We're excited to offer a fantastic 10-year warranty on our coatings, protecting against paint fading, peeling, and flaking! While our coatings can last up to an impressive 25 years, we stand by our promise with this solid 10-year guarantee. Please note, our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, seals, sealants, or exterior wooden surfaces.
A heads up - Kitchens
We go above and beyond to safeguard your kitchen from overspray, including meticulously masking all non-spray areas! While we use low-medium tack tape to minimise any issues, please keep in mind that some paint may come off your walls in areas where the paint is brittle or thinly applied. We're here to ensure the best results for your space!
A heads up - Windows & Doors
Get ready for an exciting spray painting experience! whilst spray painting can get a bit messy, we've got you covered! If any happens to sneak past our protective masking, we'll take care of it. On the rare chance that we can't remove overspray from walls, curtains, or nearby items, it will be at your own risk. To ensure a worry free process, we kindly ask you to move any valuable belongings away from the areas you want us to spray. Let's eliminate any worry by discussing any concerns you may have prior to the job commencing.

Get ready for a fantastic transformation! But before we kick off, we'll give you a heads up, just remember to keep those sprayed windows and doors open for at least two hours to let the paint dry. If they close too soon, the seals might lift some of that beautiful paint work. No worries, though—just follow the instructions we provide, and everything will turn out amazing!
Non-refundable deposits
We're excited to hear about your desired colour! But once our supplier creates your coatings we are not able to receive a refund, therefore, we are not able to offer a refund either, we appreciate your understanding of the losses we will incur should you wish to cancel. The great news is, we don’t charge for reschedules! If something comes up, just give us a heads-up with as much notice as you can, and we’ll send over the next available date/s!
Unsuitable weather conditions
While the date we select may be weeks or even months away, it could of course be raining on our chosen day/s. If it happens to rain, or if the winds are a bit too strong, we'll simply reschedule your booking for the next available day. To keep things running smoothly, we usually set aside an extra day or two for larger jobs to tackle any unexpected weather challenges. Just a heads up to be ready for a possible reschedule if Mother Nature decides to make us wait.
Problem with your chosen colour
We want you to absolutely love your chosen colour! That's why we go the extra mile to assist you with colour charts, examples, and even suggestions of popular shades if you ask. However, the final choice is all yours! If you find that your selected colour is no longer to your liking, we can not take responsibility. Let's make sure you find the perfect hue that you know you're going to love!
